How to Sell on Rosie & Max
Selling online on Rosie & Max is an easy and effective way to reach a huge number of potential buyers for dog & cat related products. Whether you have to sell a little or sell a lot, Rosie & Max provides you with the ideal platform and experience to sell online successfully.
Listings are active until they sell. When you sell an item, there’s a small commission and standard payment processing fee totalling 10%, calculated on the total sales price (the total amount paid by the buyer including the item price and any shipping or gift wrap charges). We process payments on our secure, SSL-encrypted platform, and have security specialists and fraud detection systems to protect you and your buyers 24/7.
Register for a Seller Account
Simply Sign up on Rosie & Max for a Seller Account by entering a few details.
Navigate to the Seller Dashboard
Once you’ve registered to sell online, you will be sent a link in order to set a password for your account. We will also need to check your details before emailing you final confirmation that your account has gone live. Once your account is live, you can login through My Account and will be taken to the Main Dashboard. From here you are able to navigate to the ‘Seller Dashboard’ in order to start selling your products.
Upload Your Listings
Once in the Seller Dashboard, use web-based tools or text files to upload your listings to Rosie & Max. When listing your products, you can select shipping terms, P&P costs, as well as providing customer service to buyers in the local marketplace language. Customers See and Buy Your Products
By listing your products on Rosie & Max, you can reach a large number of potential customers every day for your products. These customers represent your core target market of other pet lovers.
Deliver Your Products To the Customer
When an order has been placed for one of your products, Rosie & Max notifies you by email as well as in your Seller Central dashboard. You can then organise packing and shipping and delivery of your products to the customer.
Receive your payment
Payment for the balance of your orders (net of Rosie & Max Seller fees) is deposited into your bank account, and you receive notification by e-mail that your payment has been sent.
